The Ranch
Happy Oak Ranch is a working avocado ranch in Goleta, CA. It is family owned and managed with love. Multiple members of the family live on the property with their animals and loved ones, enjoying the peace and beauty of the Goleta Valley.
A family wedding in early 2025 inspired the development of two amazing event venues: the Woodland Ampitheater and the Upper Meadow. We would love to share the magic of Happy Oak Ranch with you for your special day!
The Team
Kris, a third generation ranch manager, will take you on your ranch tour and handle event scoping. He can help design your ideal layout and coordinate event rentals, including furniture, portable restrooms, and AV equipment.
Leah is behind the scenes—scheduling appointments, wrangling event dates, and keeping the inbox in check. She’s your go-to for all things logistics and budget. She’s also happy to assist with day-of coordination, if needed.
Carly is our on-site design expert. She has a knack for creating gorgeous table settings, floral arrangements, and desserts. She may or may not have been Happy Oak’s original bridal guinea pig—and she’s always eager to lend her eye if you’d like some help!
Stephen is our set-up sidekick when he’s not (literally) putting out fires. He helps to make sure everything’s in place before the big event.
